A: No, most clients are not home, we provide a personalized laundry bag for pickup and a nice door hook where we leave your finished work.  That is the beautiful thing about our service - we take this chore right off your plate so you have more time for the important things in your life.
Q: How do I handle paying plumtree?
A: As part of the sign-up process our delivery service representative will get a credit card or debit card number from you.  Your card will be charged each time you use our services.
Q: Is there a minimum # of pieces I need to put in the pick-up bag?
A: No, we come by your home twice a week no matter what - just put whatever work you have for us out so we can see it from the road.
Q: Does Plumtree use PERC to dry-clean.
A: No, Plumtree uses hydrocarbon, a petroleum based cleaning solution which is safe for you and the environment.
Q: How do I tell Plumtree about a special request/issue with my garments?
A: Simply leave a detailed note in your bag identifying the specific garment (including color,
fabric type and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning instructions.
